B-KELANA International Training Center (BITC) Ltd is a professional training company established as a subsidiary of B-KELANA International (R) Ltd, a recognized auditing and consulting firm incorporated in 2010 under Rwanda's Company Act No. 07/2009 of 27/04/2009. The Training Center was founded under the strategic leadership of its Board of Directors to respond to the increasing need for competent, ethical, and practically skilled professionals within Rwanda's financial and business sectors.
BITC was created to bridge the gap between theoretical education and practical professional application in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. While academic programs provide foundational knowledge, employers require professionals who can immediately perform real workplace tasks. BITC therefore focuses on delivering intensive, hands-on, and industry-oriented training that prepares participants for professional excellence and career success.
The Center contributes to workforce development by strengthening professional competencies, enhancing productivity, and building institutional capacity across both public and private organizations. Through practical learning methodologies and exposure to real business environments, BITC equips individuals with skills aligned to international standards and evolving market demands.
BITC delivers practice-based professional training designed to transform knowledge into measurable competence. Training programs emphasize:
Programs target graduates, professionals, entrepreneurs, and institutions seeking to enhance financial management capabilities and employability skills.
Every program decision at BITC traces back to three commitments — what we aim to become, what we deliver today, and the values that govern how we work.
